The Logic 7 system
Logic 7 is the surround-processing audio system Rolls-Royce fitted through this era, built around a dedicated head unit and a matching amplifier. Head unit repair is $400, and Logic 7 amplifier repair is $650.
Faults tend to present in a handful of familiar ways: one or more channels going quiet while the rest of the system still plays, the head unit resetting itself mid-drive, a CD side that won't read, or the amplifier cutting out once it warms up. Most of it traces back to age rather than abuse.

How it's handled
Every Rolls-Royce unit is tested on the bench in Saddle Brook, so the repair addresses the fault that's actually there. Ship the unit in with a completed repair form describing what the system is doing.
Turnaround runs 7 to 10 business days once the unit is on the bench, the same window we hold across every make we service. We return calls and emails within 24 hours.

We no longer repair Mark Levinson amplifiers. It's a current limit on what we take in, so please don't ship one in. Every Logic 7 repair we do complete carries our 1-year limited warranty.
