We were fixing these radios when they were still under warranty.

Becker Auto Sound is an OEM radio shop, not a car-audio installer. The work is the unit the factory put in the car: diagnosed on the bench, repaired with Harman/Becker parts where they exist, and sent back ready to go in the same dash.

Bubble wrap around the unit, extra protection on the faceplate and the rear connectors, and a box sized so it can't shift in transit.

UPS Ground, insured, for domestic returns, with next-day, 2nd-day and 3rd-day for a fee. International returns go USPS Priority International.

Yes. We accept domestic and international shipments. You can use any carrier you would like. Include a completed repair form with every unit and address it to Becker Auto Sound, 101 US HWY 46 West, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663, Att Service Dept. We use UPS ground for all domestic packages, insured. For international packages, we use USPS Priority International.

We give a one-year limited warranty on repairs and sales. Certain amps come with a 3-year warranty, and extended warranties are available on top of the standard year.

In most cases, yes. We fit Bluetooth and AUX modules behind the original faceplate on classic analog radios from 1954 to 1980, Becker aftermarket radios from 1998 on, Mercedes-Benz single-DIN and Comand units, BMW, Porsche CR, CDR and PCM units, Ferrari and Sprinter radios.

No. We do not have an individual repair service for Audi components, though used Audi units sometimes turn up in our eBay store. We no longer repair Mark Levinson amplifiers.
